James Gibbons, M.A. has been in recovery from alcohol since 10/10/10. During his time in recovery, James has been achieving goals that he thought he would have never achieved while using. After receiving his B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa, James went on to become a certified drug and alcohol counselor where he currently continues to help others live a clean and sober life. James obtained his master’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 2021. James has been a speaker on addiction for several conferences throughout the Midwest and is also the creator/host of Real Addiction Talk.
